About
The Modica Estates is a family business, located in the heart of Cambridge MA Central Square. Established in 2017, with our first Airbnb listing. Since then we have hosted thousands of guests, achieved super-host status and expanded to 4 listings on Airbnb. We are moving into the self storage industry in 2022 partnering with the Neighbor app. We have achieved excellence by providing great accommodations and really caring about our clients and being available 24/7 (unless I'm asleep lol :) Everybody is welcome here, and we are always happy to host you.

I stayed here for a week and I had a great time. This is one of the best airbnb experiences. Jamal was a great host. He was usually around and I think that made a big difference. The place is very neat and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Very close to MIT which was great as I had to be there everyday.Button -

The room is a great value! Very comfortable bed, private and quiet. You can cook meals or have ready access to great restaurants within walking or on the train/bus line. MIT/Harvard are right there. I can't wait to come back!Button -
